Mount Mesta’ėhehe (formerly known as Squaw Mountain) Repeaters

Elevation: 11,440 ft.

There are two RMRL repeaters on Mount Mesta’ėhehe (formerly known as Squaw Mountain) — the 146.940 and the 449.450.  Mount Mesta’ėhehe repeaters provide wide area coverage: west to the Continental Divide, south to Colorado Springs, east to Limon, and north to Cheyenne.

This “house of radios” at Mount Mesta’ėhehe (formerly known as Squaw Mountain) took 16 years to complete and was originally occupied by Bob and Margaret Swanlund.  Bob was an Amateur radio operator (W0WYX).
